We will be staying at the Le Poulailler (the Henhouse) on Lake Gaston in Bracey, Virginia.  This house should be big enough to accommodate all who would like to stay at the actual house.  But just in case we are going to put a limit at 15 people until I can get down there to visit in person.  There will be a wait list created.  You can see pictures and learn more about The Henhouse at:

Transportation Options

Airports:
Here is a list of regional airports.  I do not know which ones have commercial flights.
Regional Airports
RDU (Raleigh Durham) is approximately 1 1/2 hours drive
Richmond Airport is approximately 1 1/2 hours drive

Train:
Amtrak to Durham, NC - drive time to Bracey, 1 hour

Bus:
Greyhound bus to South Hill, VA - drive time 10 minutes

We can try to arrange picking up if you need a drive, but you need to make arrangements with us in advance. 
Another option is meeting up with someone in a major city and driving the rest of the way with them.

Cost of Retreat

This year, I fear, we had to raise the cost.  However, it will be well worth the additional cost.  The overall cost of the retreat with doll is $250 (available in 3 payments), also for an additional $25 you can reserve your sleeping spot at the Henhouse.  Because of the fact that we are just every day people and not a company we cannot offer refunds.  As we receive the payments we immediately use that money to purchase the dolls, and other supplies.  However, registrations are transferable should you need to cancel.
